An enthusiastic and knowledgeable local chef will show you not only how to create the perfect fresh hand-made pasta formats, but also how to prepare the best seasonal sauces like pesto, carbonara or pummarola to get the real Italian flavours.


Discover where the best gelatos are made in Italy and how to combine the different flavors to end up with your favorite mix! With the live demonstration of our qualified and charismatic chef you’ll learn not only about the taste of the genuine Italian gelato, but also how it’s made, the details about the freezing and heating techniques and what natural colors can be used.
