How can I pay?

When booking online, you can pay via Credit Card, Stripe, or PayPal. Payment is processed at the end of the booking. If paying at our office, we accept Euro cash and major credit cards, including American Express.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

  • Shared Tours:  48h Cancellation Policy. No changes or cancellations within 48 hours of the tour.
  • Private Tours: 7-day Cancellation Policy.  No changes or cancellations within 7 days of the tour.

What is your Rain Policy? Which tour does the Rain Policy apply?

Not all the tours have a Rain Policy. Please pay attention, if available you will find the Rain Policy in the tour details or just check if your tour is quoted in our General Rain Policy.

How many people are on a tour?

Tour sizes vary depending on the type of experience booked. You can find this information near the tour title in the tour details.

Typically, our tours are categorized as Small Group (up to 16 people), Classic (more than 16 people), Semi-private (up to 10 people or less), or Private.

No minimum number is required to start the excursion unless stated.

When is the tour available, and at what time?

Tours are available daily unless otherwise noted. From April to September, many tours run twice a day. Check the tour details page and calendar for specific times.

How long does the tour last?

Tour durations vary depending on the experience booked. You can find this information in each tour description within the "About this tour" section.

What Activities are Recommended for Children?

Most of our tours are family-friendly unless stated otherwise. Age limits are noted in the tour details and description.

Are there discounts for children?

Children under 4 are free unless otherwise stated. Children aged 4-12 receive a 30% off. Please present proof of age if requested.
