The meeting point is in our Cooking School in the heart of Florence, via Panicale 43r, close to the Central Market.

Important Information

Please inform us of any food intolerance or allergy in advance - We regret to inform you that this class is not suitable for Celiacs.

Please let us know in advance any special needs or impaired mobility of the clients and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Children / teens under 18 y.o. must always be accompanied by at least one adult. If this requirement is not met, we reserve the right to exclude the under age partecipant and no refund will be due.

Guests are required to be at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time as tours will start at the exact scheduled time. No delays are tolerated and will not entitle any refund, not even a partial
one.

*Vegetarians and/or those suffering from intolerance and/or allergies are more than welcome: vegetarian and other alternative recipes are available and included (advance notice is appreciated).

After booking your cooking class, you'll receive a confirmation email with a discount code. Use it to book our Florence Walking Tour - any date, any available time slot you prefer. No hidden fees, no catch: it's our anniversary gift to you.

What is the cancellation policy?

For groups of 1 to 8 people, a full cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 7 days of your tour date or in case of no-show. For groups of 9 or more, availability and cancellation terms are available on request.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Yes, we do our best to accommodate dietary requirements such as vegetarian options or food intolerances. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance so we can organize everything accordingly. Please note, however, that we are unfortunately not able to accommodate guests with celiac disease.

Is this cooking class suitable for children?

Absolutely! Children are more than welcome and usually have a great time. Our chefs are not only skilled professionals but also fantastic entertainers, making the experience fun and engaging for all ages.

Is the meal included in the experience?

Yes, of course! At the end of the class, you’ll sit down and enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared! It’s the most rewarding part of the experience!

Will I receive the recipes after the class?
