How can I pay?
You can securely complete your payment when booking online through our website, using Apple Pay or major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay.
Payments are also accepted in person at our Towns of Italy offices and Tourist Hubs, where you can pay with the same major credit cards.
What is your rain policy?
Most of our tours operate in all weather conditions, rain or shine. For specific information regarding weather policies, please refer to the individual tour page for detailed guidelines.
How may people are on a tour?
Group size depends on the type of experience you choose. You can find the exact maximum number of participants listed near the tour title on each tour page.
Most of our experiences are offered as Small Group tours (up to 20 participants), Semi-Private tours (up to 8 participants), or Private tours for an exclusive experience.
Unless otherwise specified, there is no minimum number of participants required for a tour to operate.
On which days are the tours available?
Most of our tours run daily throughout the year; however, availability may vary depending on the season and the specific experience. For accurate dates and departure times, please consult the calendar on the individual tour page.
How long does the tour last?
The duration of each tour varies depending on the specific experience. You can find detailed timing information in the top section on the individual tour page.
Which activities are suitable for children?
Most of our tours are family-friendly and welcome children, unless otherwise specified. Our cooking classes, in particular, are a fun and engaging experience for younger guests.
If a specific tour has age restrictions, you will find this information clearly indicated in the tour notes on the tour page.
What is the cancellation policy?
Shared tours: 24 HRS cancellation policy. Full penalty applies for cancellations in the last 48 hours prior to tour departure. Full penalty applies for no-shows.
FOR ALL TOURS INVOLVING COLOSSEUM: 72 HRS cancellation policy. Full penalty applies for cancellations in the last 72 hours prior to tour departure and / or no-shows.
Private tours: For bookings from 1 to 8 people: 8 DAYS Cancellation policy. Full penalty applies for cancellations in the last 7 DAYS prior to tour departure and no-shows.
For bookings up to 9 people: availability and cancellation policy ON REQUEST.
