How can I pay?
You can securely complete your payment when booking online through our website, using Apple Pay or major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay.
Payments are also accepted in person at our Towns of Italy offices and Tourist Hubs, where you can pay with the same major credit cards.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Shared Tours:
Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before the tour departure. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time, as well as in case of no-shows, the full amount will be charged.
All Tours Including the Colosseum:
A 72-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour departure and no-shows will incur the full penalty.
Private Tours:
For bookings from 1 to 8 participants, cancellations are free up to 8 days before departure. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the tour date and no-shows will result in a full penalty.
For private tours with 9 or more participants, availability and cancellation terms are provided upon request.
What is your rain policy?
Most of our tours operate in all weather conditions, rain or shine. For specific information regarding weather policies, please refer to the individual tour page for detailed guidelines.
How may people are on a tour?
Group size depends on the type of experience you choose. You can find the exact maximum number of participants listed near the tour title on each tour page.
Most of our experiences are offered as Small Group tours (up to 20 participants), Semi-Private tours (up to 8 participants), or Private tours for an exclusive experience.
Unless otherwise specified, there is no minimum number of participants required for a tour to operate.
On which days are the tours available?
Most of our tours run daily throughout the year; however, availability may vary depending on the season and the specific experience. For accurate dates and departure times, please consult the calendar on the individual tour page.
How long does the tour last?
The duration of each tour varies depending on the specific experience. You can find detailed timing information in the top section on the individual tour page.
Which activities are suitable for children?
Most of our tours are family-friendly and welcome children, unless otherwise specified. Our cooking classes, in particular, are a fun and engaging experience for younger guests.
