Our presence was first established in 2006 in Florence, where the opening of our initial office laid the foundations for a territory-based approach rooted in local expertise. This was soon followed by the launch of our Florence Cooking School, together with dedicated facilities for our in-house fleet, allowing us to manage operations and logistics with full control and flexibility.
Over time, our network expanded with the opening of the Milan Cooking School, and later evolved into an integrated Tourist Hub & Cooking School concept, combining hospitality spaces and cooking schools under one roof in Palermo and most recently in Rome, where our latest Cooking School and Tourist Hub reinforced our nationwide presence.
Today, this structure is supported by a wide network of operational offices across the country, enabling us to deliver consistently high-quality experiences with strong local insight in every destination.

Our Fleet
One of the key assets behind our experiences is our Transportation Department. By operating our own fleet, we guarantee seamless operations, efficient logistics, and meticulously planned activities across all destinations.
In many cases, transportation goes beyond logistics and becomes the very center of the experience itself. Riding a Vespaor a Fiat Topolino, exploring the city or countryside on a bike, or travelling in one of our iconic vehicles is an essential part of the journey.
All vehicles are looked after by a dedicated team of professionals who handle maintenance, assistance, and logistics on site. From minivans and minibuses to special vehicles such as Piaggio Vespas, Ape Calessino, the electric Fiat Topolino and vintage Land Rover Defenders, everything is designed to offer a seamless, reliable, and memorable experience.
