With offices, operational teams, and on-site staff across Italy, we support travelers wherever they go, ensuring seamless coordination and authentic experiences from start to finish.
Our presence was first established in 2006 in Florence, where the opening of our initial office laid the foundations for a territory-based approach rooted in local expertise. This was soon followed by the launch of our Florence Cooking School, together with dedicated facilities for our in-house fleet, allowing us to manage operations and logistics with full control and flexibility.
Over time, our network expanded with the opening of the Milan Cooking School, and later evolved into an integrated Tourist Hub & Cooking School concept, combining hospitality spaces and cooking schools under one roof in Palermo and most recently in Rome, where our latest Cooking School and Tourist Hub reinforced our nationwide presence.
Today, this structure is supported by a wide network of operational offices across the country, enabling us to deliver consistently high-quality experiences with strong local insight in every destination.
Our locations
Quality, authenticity, and innovation are not only at the core of our experiences—they are the same principles that guided the way we designed our spaces in Florence, Rome, Palermo, and Milan. These are open, welcoming environments created to make guests feel comfortable from the moment they walk in, where contemporary touches blend naturally with local character and tradition.
Designed to host, adapt, and evolve, our spaces reflect a modern approach to hospitality: informal yet refined, professional yet warm. They are places meant to be lived in—where cooking, sharing, learning, and connecting come together organically, turning every gathering into a genuine and memorable experience.
