A taste of Italy: master pasta and gelato making
In the evening, make your way to a local cooking venue for a fun and immersive pasta and gelato-making class, ideal for foodies and families alike. Held in a professional cooking school, this hands-on activity is led by experienced chefs who will guide you through the process of making two of Italy’s most beloved culinary staples: pasta and gelato.
Start by learning to craft the perfect pasta dough from scratch. From mixing and kneading to rolling and shaping, you’ll be fully immersed in traditional techniques that ensure the perfect texture and flavor—just like an Italian nonna would make.
The gelato demonstration is as informative as it is delicious. Learn about the fresh ingredients, traditional methods, and secrets that make Italian gelato an iconic treat.
