Pizza Birthday Party in Rome: Cooking Class for Kids
Looking for birthday ideas in Rome to make your child’s special day unforgettable? This year, celebrate with hands in the dough! In the heart of Rome's historic center, just steps from Piazza Venezia, the Towns of Italy Cooking School becomes a pizza making party venue just for the birthday child and their friends. Three hours of private celebration with a professional chef: every little pizzaiolo kneads, stretches and tops their own pizza from scratch, then watches the chef reveal the secrets of real Italian gelato. And to finish, everyone sits down together to enjoy what they've made. Polaroid photos, a personalized certificate and birthday candles complete a celebration that's anything but ordinary. Up to 20 kids, ages 8 to 13.

Why choose a cooking birthday party for kids?
A cooking birthday party is a hands-on alternative to the classic kids' party: instead of just watching an entertainer, every child creates something with their own hands. Kids work as a team, try new flavors and feel proud of what they've made, and they get to eat it too. At our pizza making party in Rome, each child makes their own pizza from scratch with a professional chef, making it a celebration they'll talk about long after the candles are blown out.
What is the cancellation policy?
For groups of 1 to 8 people, a full cancellation fee applies if you cancel within 7 days of your tour date or in case of no-show. For groups of 9 or more, availability and cancellation terms are available on request.
Can parents stay?
At least one responsible adult must be present and attends free of charge. Additional adults can join on request, with a fee based on the services chosen. We can also organize an aperitivo for parents in our space.
Is it suitable for children with allergies or intolerances?
Please let us know about any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements when booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate them. This experience is suitable for vegetarians with advance notice, but it is not suitable for guests with celiac disease.
Can we bring decorations?
Of course! You're welcome to bring balloons or themed decorations. Just arrange setup and removal times with us in advance.
