Days 1–3: From Pompeii to the Amalfi Coast
Day 1 – Naples Arrival & Authentic Pizza Workshop
Arrive in Naples and check into your hotel from 2:00 PM. Meet your Tour Leader for a welcome briefing before diving into a hands-on pizza-making class. Learn the secrets of authentic Neapolitan pizza and share a lively dinner with your fellow travelers.
Day 2 – Pompeii’s Secrets & Vesuvius ViewsStep into history with an expert-led visit to Pompeii, including exclusive access to an active excavation site and a refreshing drink inside the ruins. Continue to Il Giardino dei Sensi winery on Mount Vesuvius for a wine tasting and leisurely lunch. In the afternoon, ascend the volcano for sweeping views of the Bay of Naples.
Day 3 – Amalfi Coast & Limoncello Bliss
Travel along the breathtaking Amalfi Coast, pausing in Positano to explore its colorful lanes. Sail to the enchanting Emerald Grotto before enjoying a seafood lunch in Amalfi. Visit a traditional limoncello lab for a guided tasting, then conclude the day in Ravello, a hilltop haven of gardens and villas.
Days 4–6: From Capri’s Coastline to Matera and Apulia
Day 4 – Capri Boat Discovery & Vintage Cabriolet Ride
Board a hydrofoil to the island of Capri and circle the coastline by boat, entering the famed Blue Grotto’s glowing waters (weather permitting). Spend time exploring at your own pace before experiencing the thrill of a vintage cabriolet ride along the island’s winding roads with panoramic sea views.
Day 5 – Mountain Flavors & Sorrento Charm
Head into the Monti Lattari mountains to visit a traditional cheese producer, where you’ll taste the celebrated Provolone del Monaco alongside local wines. Back in Sorrento, enjoy leisure time to wander the elegant streets before a relaxed limoncello tasting on your hotel’s terrace overlooking the sea.
Day 6 – Matera’s Ancient Sassi & Arrival in Apulia
Travel east to Basilicata and discover Matera’s UNESCO-listed Sassi cave dwellings on a guided tour. Admire sweeping views over the dramatic Gravina gorge before continuing to Apulia’s Itria Valley, famous for its conical trulli houses.
Days 7–9: Trulli, Baroque Treasures & Ostuni
Day 7 – Trulli Traditions & Adriatic Coast
Enjoy a guided walk through Alberobello’s iconic trulli village. Visit a family-run cellar for a tasting of Primitivo wine paired with rustic friselle prepared by a welcoming nonna. Learn to make orecchiette pasta in a historic masseria, then continue to Polignano a Mare for free time before a seafood dinner by the Adriatic Sea.
Day 8 – Baroque Towns & Apulian Flavors
Discover Martina Franca’s baroque treasures at your own pace, taste its prized Capocollo salami. Watch fresh mozzarella being crafted before heading to Ostuni, the “White City,” for a stroll through dazzling whitewashed streets. Cap the day with a rich olive oil tasting and a festive farewell dinner featuring Apulian specialties.
Day 9 – Farewell & Departure
After breakfast, your journey concludes. Private transfers to the airport or onward destinations are available on request. Arrivederci!

In order to process the reservation, we require the full name as stated on the passport for each traveler,
date of birth, nationality, arrival and departure flight details including airports, a copy of the passport, and any dietary requirements.
Maximum luggage allowed per person: one large suitcase and one cabin-size trolley.
Our Multi-day Escorted Tours are planned long in advance and occasionally we may have to make changes
for reasons independent by our wishes. Seasonality and weather conditions may affect some of the experiences, we will do our best to take the most out of them if these unforseen circumstances may occur however on some occasions they may be replaced with alternative options more suitable to the season. Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you promptly. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements. For example, if the minimum number of clients required for a particular travel arrangement is not reached, we may have to cancel it. if this will happen, you will receive communication not later than 60 days prior travelling except for reasons of force majeure that can happen at any time. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements, you can either have a refund of all monies paid or accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard or higher unless cancellation occurs because of Force Majeur.
Visits, excursions and activities for both tour and add-on may be subject to change because of weatherconditions or restrictions arisen by local council or national authorities without prior notice. In theunfortunate event the disruption will prevent to run the excursion a compensation will be given accordingto the itinerary.
In the unfortunate event of a sudden disruption to any of the mentioned hotels we will make sure customerswill be allocated in alternative 4* hotel or superior.
Some of the activities along the tours may run on alternative kinds of arrangements whether the number
of participants drop under 8 people in order to maintain the tour guaranteed.
Customers, or their travel agents, should contact an embassy or consulate of Italy to determine what travel
documentation is required.
It is advisable that customers attending a holiday in Italy will have at least two photocopies of all the
travel documents with themselves while travelling. Include copies of the photo page of the passport that
contains the date of issuance, the date of expiration and citizenship. Secure one set of copies in the room’s safe while traveling and leave one set behind with someone at home or with the Travel Agent who may assist in the event documents are misplaced, lost or stolen.
Although each tour allows for a maximum of 20 guests, usually the average group size is smaller, ensuring a more authentic and engaging experience of Italian culture.
For their own peace of mind, Customers must have their own travel insurance purchased in their home
country either through the Agent they booked their holiday with or privately done. It must include at least non-stop medical assistance and luggage cover.
