It's time to get to the stove!
Now, it's time to lace up your aprons and get to work. Follow the chef's instructions to prepare delicious traditional Italian dishes. The menus respect the seasonality of ingredients, but whatever time of the year you will book our cooking class you will always learn how to prepare traditional Italian pasta and risotto and, of course, a fantastic dessert! A break is also scheduled that will allow you to taste a selection of fine wines and local dairy specialties. Measure, mix, chop and stir (and taste, of course, to get the right seasonings) as you make your delicious creations. Once everything is ready, sit down, relax and enjoy the dish you have prepared accompanied by a glass of good wine. And the experience does not end there: you will receive a complimentary digital cookbook containing the recipes made during this private cooking class and a certificate of participation to show to friends and family back home.
