This is a combo tour with two separate meeting points. For the 11:30 AM departure, there will be a break between the two tours. For the 9:15 AM departure, starting from March 2026, no free time will be included.

Accademia Ticket Office Via Ricasoli, 58/60, Florence. Look for the Towns of Italy tour guide in front of civic number 58.

Meet your tour leader in front of the Towns of Italy Kiosk, in Piazza della Repubblica, under the arches on the left facing the Apple Store.

Tickets are nominative and non-transferable, requiring the holder’s name. Visitors must present valid ID at ticket checks.

Please let us know in advance any special needs or impaired mobility and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Even with the skip-the-line entrances, there are still compulsory security checks which may cause some delays in entering the museum.

Big bags, liquid bottles and large umbrellas will not be allowed inside the museums (ok small foldable umbrellas).
