GET YOUR HANDS INTO THE DOUGH

The class starts with pizza. Your pizzaiolo will show you how to mix the ingredients, knead the dough and work it until it becomes soft and elastic. Then comes the creative part: stretching the base and getting it ready for your favourite toppings. Children can join in throughout the process, while adults pick up practical tips that are easy to use again at home.

TIME FOR SOMETHING SWEET FOR THW WHOLE FAMILY

While the dough rests, your chef will introduce you to the world of authentic Italian gelato. Discover the ingredients behind its creamy texture and watch how they come together to create one of Italy’s most loved desserts. The meeting point is in our Cooking School in the heart of Florence, via Panicale 43r, close to the Central Market.

Important Information

This class is especially loved by, and very well suited to, families with children — but it is not an exclusive family session. Other guests, such as couples or solo travelers without children, may also join the same class.

Unfortunately, this class is not suitable for guests with celiac disease.

Please inform us of any food intolerance or allergy in advance.
Please let us know in advance any special need or impaired mobility of the clients and we will do our best to accomodate them.

Children / teens under 18 y.o. must always be accompanied by at least one adult. If this requirement is not met, we reserve the right to exclude the under age partecipant and no refund will be due.
