Admire Florence from your e-bike

Getting to a viewpoint high above a city by bike may fill some travellers with dread. However, with an e-bike, there’s no need. Meet your guide, get on your bike and pedal effortlessly across the Arno River and up the tree-lined Viale dei Colli to reach the dazzling viewpoint of Piazzale Michelangelo. Stop off here for a fantastic photo opportunity before heading for the main part of this Tuscany e-bike tour: Chianti.

Cycle through the scenic roads of the Chianti wine region

Your guide will lead your small group along the scenic country roads of Tuscany in what’s known as the “anello del rinascimento” itinerary. A once-in-a-lifetime experience, you’ll pass Tuscan hilltop villas and hillside estates, all woven into the breath-taking panoramic views as you ride through the heart of the region. Half-way, a break will give you the opportunity to  visit a typical Terracotta factory and learn  how the skilled artisans still create works of art with ancient techniques and traditional materials.

Visit a boutique winery and have Tuscan Lunch

After a lot of cycling and learning about the treasures of Chianti region, it will be time to discover the “tasty” side of Tuscany. Then, it’s onto a small boutique winery where you’ll have a traditional Tuscan meal and a break to digest before getting back on your e-bike to return to Florence.
