The e-bike provides electric motor assistance that activates as you pedal, reducing the physical effort required — especially useful on the occasional inclines and for guests who prefer a more relaxed pace without lagging behind the group. Both bike types are included in the tour price. Helmets are provided for all guests. If you have a preference, we recommend specifying at the time of booking to ensure availability.

The route includes Ponte Vecchio (the 14th-century bridge lined with goldsmiths' shops), Piazza della Signoria, the exterior of the Uffizi Gallery, the Duomo and Baptistery area, and the streets of the Oltrarno neighbourhood on the south bank of the Arno. The Florence bike tour is never cancelled due to rain. If it rains lightly, the tour proceeds as normal on bikes. If heavy rain makes cycling unsafe or genuinely unpleasant, our guides may switch the experience to a walking tour of the same route, covering the same sights on foot with the same level of historical commentary. Should this happen, you will be offered a choice at check-in: proceed with the tour (bike or walking depending on conditions, with no refund for the format change), or reschedule to another date subject to availability. Your safety and comfort are the priority. Appropriate rain gear is strongly recommended.

Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the tour departure. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time, as well as in case of no-shows, the full amount will be charged.
