Day 1 – Explore the treasures of the Norman Palace

Day 2 – Palermo walking tour & cooking class
In the morning, independently reach the meeting point for your guided walking tour of Palermo’s historic center. Your guide will paint a vivid picture of the city's evolution—from ancient conquests to modern life—through its streets, stories, and food.
In the evening, shift from sightseeing to hands-on fun with a Sicilian pizza and gelato cooking class. Hosted by a local chef, the experience walks you through traditional recipes and local ingredients, all culminating in a delicious dinner you’ll prepare yourself.
Afterward, return on your own to your hotel for a restful night the heart of Palermo.
Day 3 – Discover the Magic of Erice and Marsala
After breakfast, meet your group and guide at a designated meeting point for a full-day guided excursion outside Palermo (transportation is included for this day).First stop: Erice, a hilltop village with sweeping views and winding medieval streets. Participants are responsible for making their own way between the hotel and activity meeting points, which are all located in central Palermo and easy to reach on foot or by taxi. Full-day excursions include transportation where specified.
