We regret to inform you that this tour is not suitable for guests with wheelchairs or with impaired mobility.
A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refusal entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.

The itinerary inside the Duomo and Brunelleschi Cupola may slightly vary depending on restrictions decided by the museum board. The inclusions and the tour quality will always be preserved. Due to the presence of narrow stairs, this tour is not suitable for those with heart problems and/or claustrophobic.
Bulky backpacks and bags will are no longer allowed to climb.
From the 1st November 2025 to the 28th February 2026:
Only tours with access to the Terraces will operate, available in English and Spanish, with the following itinerary: a visit to the Cathedral, access to Brunelleschi’s Dome, and exclusive access to the Duomo Terraces.
From the 1st March 2026 to the 28th February 2027:
Tours will operate in English only, with the following itinerary: a visit to the Cathedral, access to Brunelleschi’s Dome, and exclusive access to the Duomo Terraces.
From May 1st to October 31st, 2026:
Tours without access to the Terraces will operate in English and Spanish with the following itinerary: a visit to the Duomo Museum, a guided exploration of the Cathedral, and access to Brunelleschi’s Dome (no terraces).
