This allows us to devise immersive experiences and unique formats, such as cooking classes taught by pro chefs in our schools. Our extensive track record in the experiential travel industry means we also secured privileged partnerships with art venues and museums, allowing us prime access to Italy's major cultural attractions.
Our story began on the rough wood of a kitchen table, where a child watched his grandmother Wilma knead fresh pasta. From that simple gesture, the idea was born to create, a few years later, in 2008, the very first format of cooking classes in Tuscany, opening our Cooking School in the heart of Florence.
Today we have four cooking schools across Italy — in Florence, Rome, Milan, Palermo - unique spaces that welcome visitors and reflect the essence of the cities they are in — with the goal of continuing to grow and bring our experience to new destinations.
